Crafts by Grammy aka “CbG”

I am a semi-retired Grammy who established and operated an IT business, retiring in 2017 after 20 years as a service provider. During the global pandemic shutdown like many others, I’d begun to feel isolated, unable to get out and about. I used to travel to different local places with my then-first grandson, but handcrafting custom face masks became my thing. I experienced a demand for custom and personalized face masks, so I invested in several pieces of equipment to streamline my workflow. From this, the inception of “CbG” was established in 2020.

I now fill my days as a Technical Writer creating and designing documentation for a US-based IT firm. When not engaged in work duties my craft ideas are inspired by my two darling little companions a 3lb tea-cup Yorkie and a 12lb miniature Schnauzer. However, my greatest inspirations come from the imagination of my (now two) grandsons who have this Grammy building and crafting things far beyond landscape sketches, computer graphics, and face masks, using tools I would have never imagined.
